I have a problem where the program I made cannot display a string because it contains an unknown character. The program is encoded in latin, I think, but how can it be utf-8? I also tried to make it through CRM but I found an app creator that doesn't require knowledge of codes and programming language. If anyone here has already used it, help me figure it out. I wanted to change the character encoding to utf-8 in C++ builder 5. Then I decided to try to create an app from scratch in flipabit. I want to use some services but I am not sure if I can make it work.
