Hi,

I'm trying to create a new Dynamics CRM 365 online organization trial but everytime a get this message even if I change the contact information (email and mobile):

Sorry, we need additional information to verify your identity. Please contact Office 365 Support.

Thank you for your help.

Try from another computer / ip address. Otherwise, contact support.

Hi

Clear cache and enter all the required details and try again.

If you were using the same contact details and created multiple trials, previously, then you would not be able to create new trials.

Thank you for your answers.

I changed the contact information, cleared the cache, tried on another computer but no way to create a new organization.

Maybe there are some instructions to create a new organization depending on countries? I don't know.

did anyone every get this to work and if so how? I have had no issues up until now. I have created many trial accounts. Today I am getting the error Nesta describes. I contacted the link provided and it takes you to Office support who refused to assist and gave me 888 477 7898 to contact. I have now been on hold for 45 minutes

Any Solution to this error, multiple people have tried to create but cannot create instance.

I got the same problem. Although previously created many accounts for training groups. At the moment: one person gets registered, another does not have one. This is despite the fact that people are registered for the first time.

someone able to solve this problem ??

Yes i was able to resolve, looks like now a single user can create about 5 trial instances with same number, email id. Earlier there was no limit. I tried with totally a new phone/mobile number and a different gmail/Hotmail account using the below link and was able to create few instances.

What if I don’t have a work email address?

• We encourage using the work email address for a faster sign-up experience. However, you can select the Don’t have a work email address link during sign-up and use your personal email account.

I still can not register on my own email not with a new phone number. And it's unclear: why colleagues, who have never worked with Dynamics, have this problem..

can there be a problem with an IP address? I go in incognito mode and still does not help.

And what for a link? he does not work:
