My client is connecting to NAV 2015 using his AD credentials. As long as he is in the office and connected to the network, he can log into NAV without any issues.
Once he goes remote and connects to the network via VPN he is presented with this message:
We have verified his User credentials on the VPN connection using whoami. We have verified the network path using tracert. We have verified certificate validity and we have checked system log files for anomalies. Nothing pops up as out of the ordinary.
Connecting to NAV via the VPN was working up until early July when their data center suffered a complete power failure. Since then, my client has not been able to connect to NAV via the VPN.
Thoughts?
