Error While creating an opportunity in Dynamics 365 Mobile APP

Hi,

I have an error while creating a new opportunity in dynamics 365 mobile app, i can easily create opportunities in web application. I don't know how its happens. Is this occur because of ant script error?

Error Details:

Error code: 0x83215603

Hi Mahes,

Can you share a screenshot please? It does look like a script error. It is possible that the script is working fine on web client but not on mobile.

You can follow the below blog to open the mobile client view within your browser and check if you still see the error. If yes then you can debug the script-

debajmecrm.com/.../dynamics-365-debug-scripts-for-dynamics-365-for-phones-using-web-browser

Hi Mahesh,

I am creating opportunity record in UCI.

Onsave event I am getting the error "0x83215603", the same error you got for Mobile App.

Please let me know what changes you made and how you resolved it.

Is there any way to resolve without raising a ticket to Microsoft?
