Workflow showing error when other users Create Lead

Hi All,

My requirement is sending email to Lead on its creation. when lead is created i want an email to be sent by the Lead owner to Lead. For this I created a workflow and activated it. Now when i create the lead i can see email activity created in Email Activities. but when any other user creates lead then Email activity is not being created and i when i open system job i see  "Waiting for retry due to error" against the system job as shown below.

This workflow is working fine if the user who created the workflow creates the Lead as well. but for other users it is not working. I have given the admin role to other user but still email activity is not being created.

    Open Workflow job and check if there is more detail in error.

    Ok.

    Please check "Send email as another user" privilege in security role and also check personal settings of other users and ask them to tick check box "Allow other dynamics 365 users to send email on your behalf".

    I have already assigned System Admin role to my user. i just saw "Send email as another user" privilege is full green(Organization Level) you can see below image.

    GoTo-> Personal Settings -> Options -> Email tab and check option as "Allow other Microsoft Dynamics 365 users to send email on your behalf".
