Hello,
I would like to add field Address1:County to the composite field Address1.
Is there some way for that?

Unfortunately there is no supported way to implement it and I have no idea is it possible in unsupported way.
As Andrii suggested, there is no supported way I guess! supported workaround could be building a custom web resource or a new address section with all fields shown and the values are concatenated into a custom field.
Hi,
We are not able to customize existing composite fields by adding, removing or relabeling fields. Also, we cannot create our own composite fields.
