Updated/latest way to Raise MS ticket

Hi All 

It seems MS has updated latest way to raise a support ticket through LCS , because we are not able to find the support tickets tab as before 
please give me the required latest way to Raise MS support ticket

Also, Please correct me If I am wrong ,Thanks

    Raising a ticket to MS via LCS now directs you to Power Platform and cases are managed and tracked in PPAC.
