Is it possible to change Purchase Order tile color?

Good Morning,

I am wondering if it is possible to customize the purchase order screen in Business Central. I would like the color of each PO tile to correspond to the status of it. For example, it automatically flips from (for example) red to blue once released and to green once the items are received.
