The admin user on our D365 has made some changes to the Bank Account Reconciliation page using the design feature (removing freeze pane, moving columns etc) and we can see that it is installed, and the changes have taken affect on her screen, but I am unable to see these chages on my screen. Is there some other way to have these changes populate on additional end user screens?

I have the same question (0)

Hello Kayleigh - Are you logged into the same environment? For example, could the issue be that the Admin is currently logged into the Sandbox environment and you are viewing this page from the Production environment?  The design function is only available in Sandbox.  I am wondering if this was not deployed into your environment yet.
