I need a list of idMso values to further customize the CRM ribbon on the standard mail and appointment Outlook windows.

Specifically I am interested in these controls:

"CRM" group

"Untrack" button

"Set Regarding" button

Thank you.

    For 2007 Office you can download from here:

    www.microsoft.com/.../details.aspx

    Additionally there is Ribbon Workbench for Dynamics CRM 2011 Solution for Customization. You can check that from here:

    Thank you but this is not what I want. What I want is to modify the CRM _group_ added to the _standard_ Outlook email item ribbon. Here is the screenshot:

    Outlook will not allow renaming the existing CRM group commands; you can delete the existing group and add a new group or can add a new command.

    You can refer to this link as well:

    That link is somewhat helpful, thanks, but it seems that it only applies to Outlook 2010.

    Is there any way to achieve same with Outlook 2007?

    I just want to delete the existing CRM group. Thanks.

    Open Microsoft Outlook. From the 'Tools' menu, select 'Send/Receive', select 'Send/Receive Settings', and click 'Define Send/Receive Groups'. To remove an existing group, select the appropriate group, and click the 'Remove' button. Click the 'Close' button.

    To remove an existing group:

    1) Open Microsoft Outlook.

    2) From the 'Tools' menu, select 'Send/Receive'.

    3) Select 'Send/Receive Settings' and click 'Define Send/Receive Groups'. (The 'Send/Receive Groups' dialog box appears.)

    TIP: Alternatively, press CTRL+ALT+S.

    4) Select the appropriate group and click the 'Remove' button.

    5) Click the 'Close' button.

    You can define your custom Ribbon UI by adding and deleting elements and attributes to the Ribbon XML file. By default, the Ribbon XML file contains the following XML:

    <customUI xmlns="schemas.microsoft.com/.../customui" onLoad="OnLoad">

     <ribbon>

       <tabs>

         <tab idMso="TabAddIns">

           <group id="MyGroup"

                  label="My Group">

             <toggleButton id="toggleButton1"

                           size="large"

                           label="My Button"

                           screentip="My Button Screentip"

                           onAction="OnToggleButton1"

                           imageMso="HappyFace" />

           </group>

         </tab>

       </tabs>

     </ribbon>

    </customUI>

    Here is my current ribbon XML:

    <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>

    <customUI xmlns="schemas.microsoft.com/.../customui"

             onLoad="RibbonLoad">

     <ribbon startFromScratch="false">

       <tabs>

         <tab idMso="TabAppointment">

           <group idMso="XXXXX" visible="false">

           </group>

         </tab>

       </tabs>

     </ribbon>

    </customUI>

    Can you please tell me what value do I need to specify instead of XXXXX to reference the 'CRM' group?
