Guys,

How to include button(i.e Signout)  in the header part of MS CRM 4.0.

    Hi Manoj, are you using the Internet Facing Deployment (IFD) configuration? If so, then a Logout feature is included. If you are using the on-premise configuration then you'll need to customise the header (an unsupported customization).
