Cash flow forecasting

I have done cash flow forecast and realized that on the jobs account the forecast picks only billable lines and does not pick budgeted lines. This does not give a realistic forecast as I also need the budget lines in my forecasting. How can this be resolved

    Would require modification. Alternative would be manually get a total and then use a cash flow manual revenue
