Associated view button missing on some sub grids

Hi all,

I am having an issue with some of my sub grids. Some are showing the associated views button as shown below

Whereas some are missing it.

I understand in the first example the add button is also missing but that has been done purposefully. So my question is does anyone know why this is happening or how I can fix it?

Thanks, Niamh

    Hi Prateek,

You are right. I have fix my same issue with your suggestion. Thanks.

I was wondering if the navigation had to be in the Common Space or could the relationship be in the Sales section or Service just below instead? I have the same issue as Niamh  but the associated view shows up perfectly  for account but not for the contact.  I still have the same issue of the grid not revealing the icon after moving it to the common section .  . The kicker for me is that it works for the account entity just fine and it seems to be an identical setup as well. Are there additional settings on the form that I need to add to make this happen ?

That icon will be shown if the record is available in the top navigation menu. So if you go to form customization and add the related entity to the navigation form then you will see the button for those entities. IF you dont want to see the button, simply remove it from navigation.
