D365 Custom Entity Execution Job Failed

Hi,

I have created custom entites and created a group to export the data on Azure SQL. When I schedule recurring data job to export the data it shows below error.

SysIntegrationActivityBatchTask-run. BYOD export failed on final attempt

SysIntegrationActivityBatchTask-run. Could not generate export file for entity 'TaxTrans_Custom' for job 'Test_FailedEntities-2021-01-25T14:35:12-5DB4017AD7434DCFBC26B09C0020D7DF'

Can anyone help?

what is the record count you are trying to extract. Trying putting a top 100 condition on your query.

I am trying to export around 5 million records.

100 records export the data.

Yes, this might fail because data volume is high.

You might need to raise support ticket to increase the timeout.
