Can you please give an advice how to add a picture on entity form in Microsoft Dynamics 365?

Thank you, it helps. So all I need is to:
1)create a field with image type
2)form editor -> form properties -> display -> show image on the form -> save&publish

I am a bit unclear on how/where on the form you want this picture displayed.
Here are two suggestions I have off-hand that might be able to assist you:
1) Adding a single image field to an entity: www.powerobjects.com/.../adding-images-in-crm-2013
2) Use PowerPhoto to add images to an entity form: www.powerobjects.com/.../powerphoto
