At the top I accidentally added a click dimensions short cut next to marketing. I don't want it up there. How can I remove it?

related to the sitemap, you can use the plugin "SiteMap Editor" within XrmToolBox and remove the part from the marketing menu.

Dynamics CRM also has a built-in Site Map Editor, called Site Map Designer which allows you to manipulate the Site Map and move things around.
Go to Settings -> Customizations -> Customize the System.
There go to Client Extensions, and double click on the Site Map Component. This will open the Site Map Designer.
When you are done with your changes, Save and Publish (in the designer window).
Hope this helps.
There is buit in Site Map Designer in CRM v8 and above. You can make changes easily and Site Map is located in Settings -> Customization.
