Quality management: warning message when receiving an item, generating quality order

Hi everyone, 

With a quality association setup that triggers a quality order after receipt list generation, my quality order posts but I receive the following notification at the same time: 

Posting
     Purchase order: [XXXX]
           Item number: [XXXX]
                  The inventory on-hand related to the quality order did not get blocked. The reason for this could be due to receipt transaction is reserved by issue.
                  Quality order [XXXX] has been generated.

I can't find any other online references to this notification, and obviously I want to block the quality order's on-hand inventory. Any thoughts would be much appreciated.

    So, it seems that the PO line you are trying to process via quality order is reserved or marked by another transaction of type ( issue) which means it could be a sales order or production picking list..

    Go to the PO line/ Stock/Transactions and check for any marking/reservation.

    The issue was resolved when I changed the Quality association event type to Product receipt - After. I think the system had nothing to block when using the Receipt list event type. Which makes me wonder WHY Receipt list is even an option for quality association.
