User receives, when first logging into Dynamics GP (menus in left pane, right pane blank), no Menu Bar (top):

User clicks "YES" and page completes loading.
Configuration:
IE8, GP v10, Office 2010, XP Pro SP3, Script debugging is disabled (both), referenced .tmp files DOES NOT EXIST, user (jkerns) has administrator permissions to PC.
Circumstances:
PC was recently upgraded to GP 10.0 and Office 2010 were just installed about two (2) months ago, and, apparently, user has had the script error ever since. No other user has this error.
Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!
