Internet Explorer Script Error Line 224 Char 25 Code 0 Object doesn't support this object or method

User receives, when first logging into Dynamics GP (menus in left pane, right pane blank), no Menu Bar (top):

User clicks "YES" and page completes loading.

Configuration:
IE8, GP v10, Office 2010, XP Pro SP3, Script debugging is disabled (both), referenced .tmp files DOES NOT EXIST, user (jkerns) has administrator permissions to PC.

Circumstances:
PC was recently upgraded to GP 10.0 and Office 2010 were just installed about two (2) months ago, and, apparently, user has had the script error ever since. No other user has this error.

Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!

Have you installed Office Web Components?

You might also want to clear the Internet temporary files, including cookies

Make sure the user (Domain user) has read/write access to the temporary folder listed in the error message.

If you log in to the same machine using a domain administrator account - do you get the same error?
