Hi everyone,
we want to rollout the Dynamics Teams App for all our users.
But when we try to select an Org we get the error: "You don't have the rights to access this service. For help, contact your system administrator."
We already got to the root cause of the problem - but it is not helping :)
We are heavingly using Conditional Access to restrict, allow and trigger MFA. We have the use case that all service containing "Personal Data" is protected by MFA. For all other services you need to have a hybrid joined client. I don't want to argue if this is a valid configuration.
D365 is such an application. So if i open it with a browser. I have to perform MFA.
But if i use it in Teams - no MFA is triggered - ending with this error. We already have opened up a case at Microsoft - but there must be a code change. And they are not willing to accept that yet.
You can also authenticate in D365 and then add the app. Which is not a solution according to the application owner.
Do you see other solutions?
