Hi,
How will I know the list of users who can currently access the dynamics 365

Hi Jane,
There are two ways of finding this information out.
1st --> Login to Dynamics 365, then navigate to Settings < Security < Users. Once there, you will see a list of enabled users. These will be the list of users that have a Dynamics 365 license associated. For more information: technet.microsoft.com/.../dn531106.aspx
2nd --> If you have global administrator permissions within Office 365, you can see the list of enabled users under the administrative centre, then view all the users that have a Dynamics 365 license associated to their account.
You can use a feature called Organizational Insights dashboard to get a quick view of key Dynamics 365 (online) metrics such as the number of active users and page requests.
check out more details here: docs.microsoft.com/.../use-organization-insights-dashboard-view-instance-metrics

Mark as "verified" if it helps.
Regards,
Pranav
