GP 2013 Letter Writing Assistant - Collection Letter template has wrong fields on Custom Toolbar

When I choose the "Customer Collection Letter" (pre-defined sample letter) in the "Letter Writing Assistant", the custom fields that are displayed on the Ribbon in the Custom Toolbars area of the word document are not the right field options. The "Add Customer Fields" and "Add Customer Invoice Fields" should appear. Instead, the "Add Employer Forms", and "Add Employer Pay Fields" custom field selections are displayed.

Can you tell me the exact steps you are doing? There are a lot of options and letters to choose from so I want to make sure I am doing the same thing as you.
