When I choose the "Customer Collection Letter" (pre-defined sample letter) in the "Letter Writing Assistant", the custom fields that are displayed on the Ribbon in the Custom Toolbars area of the word document are not the right field options. The "Add Customer Fields" and "Add Customer Invoice Fields" should appear. Instead, the "Add Employer Forms", and "Add Employer Pay Fields" custom field selections are displayed.
