Dynamics 365 Admin Instance Backup from (CAN) Regional not listed

When I went to the "Backup & Restore" page to schedule an on-demand backup, our (CAN) region instance is not listed.  Only our (NA) region Sandbox instance is shown.

How do I backup our (CAN) region instance, or have it listed for backup?

    Contact Microsoft.   They are the only ones I know that can fix this.
