Why owner field showing status of user

Hello Team,

I am not sure how come owner field shoing teams statuses in the owner field.

is it recent change that is happening.

Also there seems to be some changes today, i am not able to see advanced find button available to me.

I have the same question (0)

I don't quite understand the meaning of this sentence, could you share screenshots about it?

2. i am not able to see advanced find button available to me.

With the latest update(2022 wave2), Advanced find button not be available, because that modern advanced find turned on by default.

If you want to show advanced find button, you need do as following steps:

(1)Go https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/environments/ into one environment.

(2)Click Settings > Features

(3)Turn off 'Modern advanced find in model-driven apps'

(4)Save.

So, the meaning of

1.owner field showing teams statuses s that.

In Microsoft Teams we have different status of the user who is using it like, Available in green icon, busy in red icon, away in orange etc.

I am not sure why, but i am getting same statuses on owner field of the record with Away, Available, Busy with icon, i hope i am able to put the query correctly.

As you mentioned regarding the latest update 2022, this could also be happened due to the update 2022.

Is there any way like we are able to show Advanced find back as earlier, can we just hide the statuses of the owner field.

There we go, earlier owner filed was not showing Available with green indicator etc, now what has changed not sure about it.

Hi Partner,

Yes, it should be a change brought by wave2 update, currently in my environment can just show the user's avatar on the view, the display status should be the latest update.

If you don't want to see it, you can change control for the entity(i can remove avatar from the owner field through the way):

If you can't achieve it, maybe you need open ticket for Microsoft support:

While going through the link you provided in my environment the option is missing in communication.

Not sure why but this is there.

Hi,

In the web app, go to Settings (Settings.) > Advanced Settings.

Select Settings > Administration.

Select the System Settings > General tab.

Turn off Enable skype presence
