I had setup the Automatic Case Creation Rule in CRM but i am getting the below error message and default System Job.
A record with these values already exists. A duplicate record cannot be created. Select one or more unique values and try again. Please help me what is this issue about. |

do you have any rules on that entity? if yes, please check the record's value and the existing record's value.
Can you send a screenshot with the case form - I think you are missing a required field on the case
