We are trying to increase the pay rate (2%) for all employees assigned a specific pay code effective 1/1/15. After selecting Calculate and viewing the Statistics we see not all employees are included. I've checked the obvious; pay code is active, primary pay code is selected, employee is active, pay rate is not $0, work hours per year are correct. Does anyone know why all the employees assigned to this pay code are not being selected in the calculation?

Hi Harry!!!

This article deals with the Quick Assignment window. We are using Compensation Management and updating just their base pay code (REG).

Since it is date effective, kindly check the maintain version and verify you have correct dates set for the earnings and pay code.

Dates are good...that is not the problem. I'm opening a support case. I think there is a bug.
