Canadian Payroll and HR display Certification and Training

One of your clients came across Certification menu option under HR&Payroll >> Cards >> Human Resources >> Employee >> Certification or Training

and when clicked upon states that the module is not registered.  The client is on GP2013, has Perpeptual License, has Canadian Payroll, shows PDK and HR as modules, but I do not see Certification and or Training as options.

Any suggestion on what I am missing?

    Hi Bill,

You will need to download and install Advanced HR (I think it is called HRMSS Suite) and then get that registered.

    •CLTM.DIC:

    •EHW.DIC:

    •HRMSS.DIC:

    Thanks much,

    Thomas S.

That is already installed on the client system - the challenge is that I do not see where to register the Advanced HR?

Is that only on the Advanced side of the Perpetual license?

Just wondering where I can get the keys if they are not on Partnersource for the client.

Recently updated to GP2015 and started to work on 'why the Certification and Training' option under HR&Payroll say the modules are not registered.

I can verify that the dic files (noted above) are located on the client installation.

I can verify that the client is licensed for Canadian Payroll ( think this is the clue ) we do not use Business Portal, we do not use Project Accounting, we do not use Manufacturing, we do use Integration Manager.

We have Encore's ePayStub installed and that is the only 3rd party we are running.

When we attempt to open the modules we get the message that they are not registered.

    Any suggestions.

    Bill,

    Logged in as 'sa'

Go to the registration Window (Microsoft Dynamics GP >> Tools >> Setup >> System >> Registration).

in the scrolling box under the registration keys, check off the module you want to use (I'm sure you'll find it unchecked now).

I just ran across this myself...

Tim, what module to you register for Certificate and Training?

I have all the 'in use' modules marked off.  We are running Canadian Payroll no US Payrlll - do you have HR Suite installed?

Thanks, and if possible, can you post a screen shot of the Registration key that you choose to activate these two systems.

Thomas is right.  Certification and Training is part of Advanced HR.AHR.PNG

Thanks Tim, I did this when installing the code for GP2015 and I entered the Registration Keys to turn on Module access off the Administration landing page and still no joy on the Advanced HR.

After I verified the dictionaries were in the GP folder, I wanted to figure out if it was a Canadian vs US issue so I did another installation with Canadian Payroll and got the same point - there is no where in the Registration window to select ADVANCED HR.

Thanks for the points, anyone else got anything else.
