Select vendor concern in vendor list

Hello,
I am unable to select the vendor that I want to select in the vendors list.
When I click on the particular vendor, the system selects the vendor below the vendor that I want to select.
For example, In the below instance, I want to select the vendor suspense. But the system auto selects the vendor "asahi" which is below the vendor "suspense"
I have suggested users to use the up arrow and down arrow button on the keyboard as a workaround solution for this to progress with the job.

Can anyone suggest how to fix this?

This sounds like a UI glitch, possibly due to browser zoom, display scaling, or a cached page issue.

    Try this:

    • Refresh the page (Ctrl + F5).
    • Set your browser zoom to 100%.
    • Clear browser cache or try another browser.
    • Also, check if you’re using custom page extensions that might affect the layout.

Is this happening only on this page or in other lists too?

    Hi,

It’s a frustrating UI glitch that can throw off even the most careful users. What you’re describing is typically caused by a browser rendering issue, where the click target doesn’t align with the visual row due to zoom, scaling, or cached layout artifacts.

    Here’s what I’d suggest:

    • Refresh the page using Ctrl + F5 to force a full reload and bypass cached layout files.
    • Set your browser zoom to 100% — anything above or below can misalign click targets.
    • Try switching browsers (e.g., Edge, Chrome) to rule out engine-specific quirks.
    • If you’re using a touchscreen or trackpad, test with a mouse to see if the issue persists.
    • Check if any custom page extensions or personalization are affecting row height or padding — these can subtly shift the clickable area.
