Adding notes to appointments

Hi! I'm trying to figure out how to add new notes to appointments in MSDYN?

I'vev added the notes web part, and notes are actiated for appointments, but I can only see existing ones and no way to add new ones.

I've tried with both scheduled and completed appointments, but it doesn't work with either of them.

    Hey Marius! If you're on the latest version of MS Dynamics 365, OneNote is available other than the usual "add note" capability. Check the activities area, you should be able to add a note from there.

    Has anyone figured out the cause of this issue? I'm running into the same issue.  If you have scheduling conflict and hit Ignore and Save, then you can add a note. Otherwise, the notes option is not available to add a new note.
