Hi All,

I'm looking for tips&tricks on how to work around the CRM limitation on tracking contact attachments into CRM?

if you have developed a solution or any plugins out there? let me know.

    Hi  NUNO COSTA, if you are looking for how to limit the size of attachments, I commented that settings can be configured from the system, but beware that changing the size of attachments, affects the entire organization.

    Click Settings > Click Administration > System Settings

    Under the Email tab, select the file size for attachments

    Enter the new file size
