Sales Invoice Frozen

Hello,
I'm trying to create a new sales invoice and every time I try everything freezes.
Nothing works you can't click on anything. completely frozen and doesn't load the items list.
Super frustrating and BC365 has become so slow it's so hard to get anything done.
Anyone else have this issue?
How can I resolve it?
I attached a screen shot of where it freezes.
Any insight would be helpful.

    Hello,
    Yes, this is a known and fairly common Business Central SaaS symptom, and it’s usually not performance of BC itself, but a UI freeze caused by item lookup, personalization, or a broken browser session. Most often the freeze happens when opening the Item list on Sales Invoice lines, and the fix is to reset page/user personalization, clear browser cache (or test in InPrivate/Incognito), and try again. If that works, delete the user’s personalization for Sales Invoice / Item List permanently. If it still freezes, check for extensions touching item lookup, and as a last step raise a Microsoft support ticket—this exact behavior has appeared multiple times after monthly updates and is typically resolved via hotfix. It’s frustrating, but you’re definitely not alone.
