Menu items not working

Hi there,

I am in the process of migrating a CRM4 setup to CRM2016 going through all the intermediate CRMs on the way. I have successfully perfrormed the migration but two of the menu items are not working at all.  They are Service->Cases and Workplace->Queues

I can access all other menu items but these two get no action, not even a whirly wheel thing that looks like its trying to do something. There is nothing in the event log and I'm, quite frankly, stumped.

Any guidance would be great

CRM2016 (8.0.1.79)(DB 8.0.1.79)

    If this is a test phase/environment - I would import a out of the box default sitemap into it and use that to help isolate the issue.

    Just further to this, if I run the thing with the console on, it crashes with an error in main.js like this

    "entitylist":$v_1="_G_"+$v_0.get_query()["etc"].toString()+"_";

    Unable to get property 'toString' of undefined or null reference

    Hi,

    you can use the XRMToolBox tools and check the site maps. Maybe there are wrong action.

    Thanks

    Hi,

    I had similar problem by upgrading crm 4.0 to crm 2015. Please check is there any old plugin, javascript or code on these entity.

    Yeah, apparently the sitemap didn't make it through the upgrade process. I used a sitemap editor to fix the problem by removing the URL for the Cases menu item. Thanks to all who replied though. The whole journey of upgrading CRM from CRM4-CRM2011-CRM2013-CRM2015-CRM2016 has been an education but I'm almost there.
