We would like to check if our current development/test environment is up-to-date.
But to do this manually, that would be a lot of work and things could be overlooked.
I see there is a customizations comparer that supports CRM 2011 to 2016.
Does anyone know if this also supports Dynamics 365?
Or does anyone have another way of doing this check?

Export a solution from each instance, and compare them using data comparison software such as Beyond Compare.

I created a feature in my app which I use to compare customisations across 2 dynamics instances. It works with Dynamics 365 and may achieve what you are after

What is the type of solution in your Test environment?
If its unmanaged then export the solution from both the environment and open the customization.xml in a notepad++ . There is an OOB add on to compare the both XML file .
