Fixed Assets Multiple branches

Posted on by 195

Dear Experts:

How to manage Fixed assets with multiple branches?

is it enough to differentiate FA by store code?

But when i do calc for depreciation some FA calculated with empty store store code however the store and location codes were filled in the FA card?

Is there another way to differentiate FA  among multiple branches?

Best regards

When you talk about stores and location code, are those dimensions used in your G/L.

You can split a FA into sub FA so they combined represent the total FA. Then you can define dimensions on the sub FA so the FA can be split amongst stores or departments if those are dimensions used in your accounting.
