Dynamics CRM Online Bulk Import Cases with custom fields possible ?

Hi, I'm in the process of migrating from another CRM to Dynamics Online, I have customized the CRM for new cases to our needs but now I am in the process of importing 17000 tickets.

Following the suggestions online I created a test case with my custom fields and tried to export that to excel but the custom fields are not present in the export at all.

Is it possible to bulk import these tickets and map 2 columns in excel to my custom fields ?

HI Preston, Before you exported to excel did you add the columns of the custom fields in your view?

Alternatively you can import a CSV file and map the custom fields during the mapping stage of the import, as long as the fields are in the correct data format it will work.
