    Lisansları Doğrulayın
    Microsoft 365 Yönetim Merkezi → Lisanslar’a gidin.
    Kullanıcıların Business Central lisanslarının atanmış olduğundan emin olun.

    Entra ID (Azure AD) Rollerini Kontrol Edin
    Kullanıcıların Entra ID’de Dynamics 365 Business Central rollerine sahip olması gerekir.
    Rolleri Azure portalı → Kurumsal Uygulamalar → Business Central → Kullanıcılar ve Gruplar üzerinden atayın.

    Tarayıcı Önbelleğini Temizleyin / Gizli Modu Deneyin
    Bazen önbelleğe alınmış tokenlar bu hataya neden olabilir.

    İzinleri Yeniden Senkronize Edin
    Business Central’da: Yönetim Merkezi → Ortam → Kullanıcı Gruplarını Yenile.

    Hello,
     
    Your Business Central SaaS environment shows “Something went wrong”, even though licenses exist.
    This usually happens because of user licensing, permissions, extension errors, or environment issues.
     
    Check user licenses → User must have BC Essentials/Premium/Team Member.
    Check permissions → User must appear inside BC and have a permission set (e.g., D365 BUS FULL ACCESS).
    Check extensions → A faulty or newly published extension can block startup.
    Check environment state in Admin Center → must be Active.
    If still failing → send the Operation ID + Tenant ID to Microsoft support; they can read exact telemetry logs.

    Hi,

    If you’re an admin, start by checking the Users list in Business Central to confirm that the users have valid licenses assigned and the correct permissions to access the environment.

    If the issue persists, try opening the environments directly from the Business Central Admin Center. In some cases, the browser may have cached a different user ID, causing the session to authenticate against an old or different tenant.

    If everything looks fine, try re-assigning the licenses and permissions, and then test again.

    If the issue still persists, try restarting the environments. 

    Else, you may need to raise a Microsoft support ticket.
