Hello Team,
I have a requirement where I have to generate a report of all phone calls answered by the CSR in a month.I am using the onpremise 2015 version.
I am confused for generating this report do I require the BIDS (ssrs)or can I run aquery in advanced find and run a report.
Any help or guidance is highly appreciated.

Its upto you, whether to go for SSRS (BIDS) or Advanced Find or MS CRM Report Wizard.
Your requirement can be easily achieved via Advanced Find or CRM Report Wizard, SSRS is not really required.
You can create an Advanced Find view and save it (Do add owner/CSR column in your view) and then you can create a chart. following is a screenshot:

Hi, I would start with the report Wizard and see how far you can get with that. If you need to customise you can download and edit in Visual studio with the report authoring extensions.
