AADSTS65001: The user or administrator has not consented to use the application

AADSTS65001: The user or administrator has not consented to use the application with ID '******************************'. Send an interactive authorization request for this user and resource. I am getting this while authenticating to CRM azure active directory app registration, then i need to get data from CRM API through SharePoint online. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    I did this some time ago. When you call and API method on Azure that integrates with an application, the API runs through the authentication process, but the user must have provided consent before that.

    Since the API does not have the user interface, you get this problem.

    What you need is to have you application, redirect to the API site for the first time, so that the user can click I accept on the consent form, and after that initial time, they will be able to access the API without getting this error.

    We had this scenario in an iOS application. Call the API. If you receive this error, redirect the user to the site UI, and let then sign the consent. After consent is signed, close the window, and call the API again. It should work then.
