Cannot Export Rapidstart Package in Business Central

I am getting the following error when trying to export a rapidstart package in Business Central on premise 2020 Wave 1 on premise

I receive the following error

Attempted to issue a client callback while a write transaction started, this can impact performance: CodeUnit 419 File Management DownloadHandler.

Can anyone advise?
