Adxstudio Portals v7 - Save web files privately

Hi Portal experts, 

Our portal site is up and running. We are currently using the content management tool in order to upload files/images.

Is there a way were we can control the access levels of the web files? Our business requirement is that we need to view these files using the portal login. 

If a user is not logged in and finds a link to these files, they should be navigated to the portal login screen. At the moment, irrespective if they are logged in or nor, they can still can download the file or access a link. How do we control access to these files? 
How do we stop these files to be accessed publicly? 

Please let me know as I am trying to find some answer since few hours.

    You can restrict that using the Entity Permissions + Web Roles

    On your page / entity list / entity form that you are displaying the notes.. make sure to check "Enable Entity Permissions" (I haven't really seen the content management features so not sure about the components used in there..but there might be this option somewhere)

    Just by checking this, now nobody would be able to access the notes..

    Now create an Entity Permission for the notes entity.. set the Scope to CONTACT, and give the desired privileges (read/write etc)

    Still on the entity permission record, navigate to the "Web Roles" and add the Authenticated Web Role

    this way.. only users authenticated will have access to their own record

    My question is not on the notes entity but about web files, child files.

    How can you control the access to these files?

    At the moment on my portal, I have a blank web page with some content and a page template that I have used requires user to login in order to view that page.
    Business requirement is that if the users have signed in, they should be able to view the document links but if an anonymous user (unauthenticated user) try to access or download the document (if they find a link to these documents), they should be prompted to sign to the portal. 

    How do we restrict that? Please advise.
