    You can run the Calculate Depreciation function and enter the last day of the prior month. The system will calculate depreciation for that month, and then you can post it.

    Hello,
     
    Just run Calculate Depreciation backdated to the last day of the month you missed.
    BC will automatically generate the missing depreciation days.
     
    Steps:
     
    1. Search → Calculate Depreciation
     
     
    2. Set FA Posting Date = last day of the missed month
     
     
    3. Run it
     
     
    4. Open FA G/L Journal → post the generated lines
     
     
     
    That’s it — BC “catches up” the previous month automatically.
