Hi,

When trying to import a bank statement in Business Central SaaS in production environment the following error pops up.

An error occurred while sending the request. Unable to connect to the remote server.

This is after the customer has selected the file they like to import.

    Hello,

Is this issue reproducible in standard CRONUS company and since when is the customer experiencing the issue?

    Thanks.

    Hi,

It transpired that they had a demo of some banking software switched on and not uninstalled this after the demo time had lapsed. After uninstalling the extension the system did what we expected it to do.
