Hello  everybody,

I have a problem with the tracked emails to dynamics 365.

I have tracked some emails to a Contact in dynamics 365 in the past, but now the contact doesn´t exist anymore, but the emails are still tracked, pastedimage1665697910825v1.png

Is there a way to untrack automatically when a record is deleted in dynamics 365?

    Hi Nicolas Payan,

    No, there is no OOB setting to automatically untracked when you delete the contact record in D365. You need manually untracked.

    You could submit an idea here to progress this feature: Ideas (dynamics.com)
