
First i think that Microsoft should allow Business Central Premium base licensing customer to have Sales / Customer Service enterprise attach instead of the Professional only. Those companies like us purchasing business central premium feel left out if they need any sales / customer service enterprise feature. It doesn't make any sense for Business Central Essential and Premium licensing user to have only Sales/CS Pro attach.
I propose:
Business Central Essential licensing base user should be able to purchase Sales / CS Professional attach
Business Central Premium licensing base user should be able to purchase Sales / CS Enterprise/Pro attach (seems more reasonable)
Also
Please allow customer service professional to be able to puchase Digital Omnichannel add-on. Do not force firm to upgrade as Omnichannel is available on Freshworks / Zendesk for a very low price. It's so common nowadays and should not cost a bank for firms to purchase these licenses.
