LS Central Adding Items to copied Transactions

As the title says, I want to add more Items to a transaction that I have copied from POS. It seems that this was possible in previous versions of LS Central but the one I am using now (V16) does not have it. I have tried the same in CRONUS but same thing so I assume I have not misconfigured anything. When I try to add Items this is the error I get

Any help would be highly appreciated.

    I worked in LS Retail over 10 years ago. I would send your question, since its part of the LS Retail and the POS to :

    We looked into it and apparently it was because the field "Retrieved from Receipt No." having a value, if we clear that value we are able to add Items to that transaction. I assume this is not the recommended way but surely a workaround.
