Anyone knows the difference between these 2?
I did some tests and found that when I switch to All Queues, CRM just give me only the results of the queueitems for the teams I'm actually a member of.
All Queues does not show me the queueitems of the enitre organisation.
So why is there an option "All queues" and an option "All queues I'm a member of" ?
Confusing...

Roel, "Queues I'm a member of" only applies to Public Queues to which you've been added as a member. Hope that helps!
This is the best part of queues that even if you are a System Admin, you cant see a queue item, until you are a member of those queues.
When you go to services>>Queues>>Selecte a view (assumption, you can select any) ' Items I am working on'
Now there is a sub-filter for All Queues/All public Queues/Queues I am a member of.
you are clear on sub-filter 'Queues i am a member of' & 'All public Queues'
So why 'All Queues' is there when you can see data of the queues you are a member of; reason being, you can be assigned any item from any queues (Public/Private) to work on and thats when you would need to switch to 'all queues'.
To Test: Ask your Team Mates to assign you an item from their private queues and you will get to know it. :)
