How to add More users to CRM Trial?

I started a trial of Dynamics CRM but I cannot add more users. When I go to the users area it says my account doesn't have access to add licenses and to sign in with a different user.

I would like a few other associates to test Dynamics, is there a way around this?

Hello,

By default one tries getting 25 users. You will need to go to the O365 admin and assign a CRM license - after a few minutes they will synchronize with CRM.

OK, let's try having one of the users (not you) go to port.crm.dynamics.com/.../TrialInstancePicker.aspx and see if the trial instance shows up there.

When you created the trial, did you use your normal M365 domain account? Or did you go through an incognito browser session and use a "personal" (non-domain) account?

Both. It looks like I wasn't given access to the Admin Center from the Trial... very odd.

I have been accessing from Settings>Users but it still provides the ability to go to the Admin Center and when I click that link it says my user account doesn't have access.

Unfortunately this doesn't work. It says my user account (email address) doesn't have access to the Admin Center. This makes no sense because I started the trial with this email/user account.

I believe that you can follow these steps below:

• The user accesses http://trials.dynamics.com
• User enter your email and cell phone
• The administrator receives an invitation request
• The administrator approves the request

Hi,

You need to go to the Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365) Admin Center using that trial tenant's domain (easiest is in an incognito session) and add the users there and assign a license and make sure they're in the same security group as the demo users.
