
Hi,
We have copied a portal from one instance to another and migrated the contacts over but when trying to login to the portal we get "Invalid sign-in attempt.".
Is there a linked record we have missed?
We copied over the contact including the security stamp field and the username and their web roles, but it still gives this message.
Any advice is appreciated.
So I have noticed that if I reset the portal user's password, the login works.
But I do not want to do this for all our users, so the issue is to do with the contact's current portal password not being recognized for some reason, any suggestions are really appreciated.
