Problem in saving personal dashboards

Hi all,

I am encountering an issue while saving personal dashboards.

It seems like the dashboard is correctly saved but after a page refresh I still cannot find it in "My personal dashboards". 

The security role is enabled for "Personal Dashboards".

Have you got any advice?

    I found the solution.

    I don't know why but the solution was deactivanting the user and reactivating it again.

    I tried with Chrome, IE and Edge.

    Nothing.

    I cannot add anything, it doesn’t show on the personal dashboards

    Hi

    Could you add at least one component (chart or view or other) to the dashboard, save and close and then do a Ctrl+F5?

    If you still do not see your dashboard in the dropdown, you could try on different browser and also on incognito mode if you are using Chrome
