Custom segment query

Hi,
is there a way to prefill or append some conditions to the query that the user will write adding contacts to his segment, maybe before the find button click?
 
For example, i have already a segment and i want that the one that is filling the user will intersect with the first one without interaction for him.
 
SEGMENT(SEGMENT_CRM_ID_123abc)
INTERSECT...
