We recently upgraded to the CRM 2015 U1 update to our CRM Online instance. However, we have a few forms that when you try and load them, you get a never-ending "Loading business logic..."
When we turn on Legacy Form Loading in the settings, the forms load just fine without any errors. When we turn the Legacy Form Loading back off, we get the endless loading once again. I haven't been able to find anything from Microsoft about this. Ideas?

Sorry, no idea, we only have OnPrem. The KB for the OnPrem also isn't published yet.
Please remark that the fixes we've received are specific to Chrome. In IE we didn't notice any hanging LBL issues. (with MSD2016 SP1)
We could reproduce it sometimes on a formload. In Chrome F12 network tools, you could also see a request getting cancelled (often a MicrosoftAjax.js or MainSystemLibrary.js request) . If you have the same symptoms, that's what this specific bugfix resolves.
If not, you've probably another problem.
Do you have any idea when this fix will be pushed out to Dynamics Online customers? I am suffering with the same issue and the suggested solutions do not resolve the issue. We are currently using 2016 Update 1 Online.
After many investigation together with MS, we have a fix.
Our hanging "loading bus logic" and "requesting data from CRM" symptoms were bugs specific to Chrome. Not IE.
This is patched in MSD 2016 SP1 on CODfix 8.1.0.409
and will be forward ported to MSD 365 UR1 (8.2.x.yyy - not released yet)
we're also currently experiencing the same problem. We can sporadically reproduce it on a standard (non-customized) CRM 2016 SP1 OnPrem.
We've recently upgraded from CRM 2016 to 2016 SP1. We hoped that this issue would also be fixed, but it actually got worse. The occurances are higher then with CRM2016.

We only had problems when the Business Process bar was activated on the form(s)
