CRM 2015 - Loading business logic...

Hello,

We recently upgraded to the CRM 2015 U1 update to our CRM Online instance. However, we have a few forms that when you try and load them, you get a never-ending "Loading business logic..."

When we turn on Legacy Form Loading in the settings, the forms load just fine without any errors. When we turn the Legacy Form Loading back off, we get the endless loading once again. I haven't been able to find anything from Microsoft about this. Ideas?

use the developer toolkit in browser to track all the request and response time. May be that will shade some light to fix this issue. You can enable developer toolkit in IE by pressing f12 and click on network tab where it will show all the request and response with time it takes to load.

Thanks for the tip. However when I look into that section, nothing seems out of place or stuck. Anything I should be looking for in particular?

Yes we got it to work. It's a current bug with the CRM 2015 U1 version. They plan to fix it during their next patch updates.

However, the root cause is due to Navigation items being called even when they are not selected. Make sure on the form you are having trouble with under the Display tab that the Show navigation items is checked.

    Hi Dalagrath,

I am having same issue on  CRM Online 2015 update 1.1(v7.1.1).

Faced this bug on one of our custom entity form.

I tried your solution and it worked perfect.

    Thanks for answer.

Just ran into the same issue in Dyno 2016 on-premise.

Used the work around. Re-published and it worked great.

Another workaround if you are stuck is to export the the solution, change the customizations.xml and find the

shownavigationbar="false" entry for the form that has issues. replace the false with a true shownavigationbar="true"  and re-import the solutions.

I do not recommend it,  but it works.
